Modules Language Development

- Услуги должны быть оплачены в полном 20 дней до начала курса, дабы завершить учащихся и обеспечить себе место в курс и/или проживание.
- Заказы не подлежат.
- Банковские сборы оплачивает студентов
- Студенты должны быть 16 лет или более

Политика отмены

- Отмена необходимо быть направлены в письменном виде в школе лицом, зарезервированный курс.
- Никаких изменений курса будет позволено сделать для возмещения в случае отмены курса.
- Учащихся сборы не подлежат возврату.
- Регистрационный взнос не возвращается.
- Не компенсации за сокращение продолжительности курса после оплаты.
- Нет возврата отмены после начала курса.
- После того, как курс начал там не возвращаются для любого размещения или другой элемент забронированы.
- Нет возврата обучение даны для опоздания, в случае раннего отъезда или отсутствия, по какой причине, от классов во время любого курса.

Политика возврата

- Бронирование может быть отменено до 4 недель до начала курса без штрафа или плату.
- Аннулирование € 150 применяется, когда курс отменяется менее чем 2 неделя/s до даты начала курса.
- Штраф € 250 применяется, когда курс отменяется менее чем 1 неделю до даты начала курса.

Отказа в выдаче визы

- В случае, если визы отказался студента, школа будет взимать 150 евро и остаток будет возвращен студенту после получения первоначального письма отказ VISA.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the courses and services offered by Alliance française de Montpellier (French courses, accommodation, cultural activities, etc.) and purchased by the Student either directly from the School or from an intermediary (particularly an agent).

1- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION
In order to benefit from the services offered by the School, the Student must be at least 18 years old. The school only accepts a Student under 18 if they are more than 16 years old and with a parental consent letter and a copy of their parents’ certificate of insurance.

The School will not offer discounts, refunds or reschedule lessons that fall on Holidays and Bank holidays.

Cancellation fees
If the student/client cancels the course or the package, the Alliance française de Montpellier will deduce cancellation fees from the amount paid to the school.

Coursebooks and workbooks are not included in the registration fees.


The Client buys a language course (non-package)
Once the course has started, no partial refund can be granted for classes not attended and no postponement can be allowed except under special circumstances whereby justification is provided (presentation of medical certificate stating incapacity to attend classes for more than 4 consecutive weeks). The student will be allowed a pro-rata refund of the tuition fees (excluding the annual registration fee) The deferral in this case must not exceed the period of 6 months after the date of course interruption.

Cancellation and amendments by the school

The Alliance française de Montpellier reserves the right to:

*Cancel a course before it starts when there are insufficient student numbers. In case no other similar course can be proposed, fees will be refunded in full. If this cancellation was to affect the chosen course in full, the annual registration fee will be reimbursed too.
The Alliance française reserves the right to change if needed the course times and schedule after prior notice.
