Improve your accuracy, fluency and confidence in our General English Course. Develop your conversational skills and boost your English level quickly and effectively.

You will study all four skills – speaking, reading, writing and listening – using a variety of course books, authentic material and the internet.

You’ll have four lessons in the mornings or afternoons depending on the period of the year. We aim to improve your understanding and confidence in using English.

You will be in classes of up to 12 students per class (up to 15 in June, July and August)
Suitable for any level – elementary (A2) to advanced (C1) (beginner classes available on request)

Christmas Closure:
23rd December 2017 – 7th January 2018
22nd December 2018 – 6th January 2019

Bank Holidays 2018 (school closure, Tuesday start*): 1st January, 30th March, 2nd April, 7th May, 28th May, 27th August, 25th December, 26th December 2018

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 29 and 15 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- If a course is cancelled between 14 and 1 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 85 GBP Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing to Europa School of English. Fees will be retained according to when notice is received.

30 days and more: 85 GBP non-refundable deposit retained
29-15 days: 85 GBP deposit and 1 week course fee retained
14-1 days: 85 GBP deposit and 1 week course & accommodation fee retained
7-1 days – 80% of the total fees retained
On day of arrival/no show - total fees retained
