There are two elements which must be considered when planning to sit an English Language Exam. Students must raise their English level and develop Western test-taking skills if they want to achieve their highest potential score. Our IELTS preparation course is specifically designed to ensure that students improve their English and develop their IELTS test-taking skills. The course focuses on developing the strategies needed to confidently sit the test in all four language skill areas: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Test practice is scheduled weekly throughout the course. Enrolment for IELTS Preparation classes at Global English Centre starts every Monday and students may study for as many weeks as they like, however, please remember to allow several weeks if you need to complete the entire course. During the course students will improve the skills necessary for an IELTS examination and will become familiar with the exam format and will have the opportunity to do several practice tests. The IELTS Preparation course is for anyone planning to attend a Western University or planning to work in or immigrate to a western country. IELTS is the International English Language Testing System, administered by the British Council. It measures your ability to communicate in English across all four language skills – listening, reading, writing and speaking – and opens doors for people who wish to study or work where English is the language of communication. Candidates must decide to take the General IELTS for work or the Academic IELTS for further studies at university level. Those interested in Academic IELTS Preparation usually plan to undertake studies at higher institutions of learnng, academic training, gain work experience, or take General IELTS Preparation for immigration or work purposes. Course Features: 1. Detailed analysis of the test format and task types for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking 2. Guided practice using IELTS question types for Listening and Reading 3. TOEFL stands for Test of English as a Foreign Language. If you haven’t completed your secondary or university studies in an English-speaking institution, you will probably have to take an English exam of some kind depending on the university you want to attend. TOEFL IBT stands for Internet-based Test. The IBT is the standard test used around the world now. The most important information needed when considering taking the TOEFL IBT test is: Does the Western university you want to attend require a TOEFL score? And if so, How high? Not all Western universities require TOEFL, some accept IELTS, nor do all have the same score requirements, each sets its own standards. Enrolment for TOEFL Preparation classes at Global English Centre is limited because only 1 class runs per term, with a maximum of 10 students. {starts every Monday and} students may study for as many weeks as they like, however, please remember to allow a number of weeks if you need to complete the entire course. During the course students will improve the skills necessary for to excel at the TOEFL IBT examination and will become familiar with the exam format and will have the opportunity to do several practice tests. Most students take the TOEFL IBT exam because they are applying for admission to universities in the United States or other English speaking countries especially for Masters programs. The universities use the TOEFL results to evaluate the Academic English proficiency of applicants. Course Features: 1. Detailed analysis of the test format and task types for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking 2. Guided practice using TOEFL IBT question types using integrated Listening,Reading, Writing, and speaking format. 3. Exercises matching the requirements of the marking criteria for Speaking and Writing 4. Intensive study of key areas of vocabulary and grammar used by TOEFL IBT 5. Practice TOEFL IBT tests every week Student progress is assessed through weekly in-class TOEFL IBTtests in the core areas of listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary. Students receive a printout and test assessment shortly after completing the test each week so each knows exactly, the particular area they need to improve in. Final assessment is administered on-line at the TOEFL test center and results are mailed to the student within 20 days. Правила и Условия: Global English Centre

- Услуги должны быть оплачены в полном 13 дней до начала курса, дабы завершить учащихся и обеспечить себе место в курс и/или проживание.
- Заказы не подлежат.
- Банковские сборы оплачивает студентов
- Студенты должны быть 13 лет или более

Политика отмены

- Отмена необходимо быть направлены в письменном виде в школе лицом, зарезервированный курс.
- Никаких изменений курса будет позволено сделать для возмещения в случае отмены курса.
- Отмена получения 1 дней после зачисления там будет не возвращается ни.
- Депозит не подлежит возмещению.
- Учащихся сборы не подлежат возврату.
- Регистрационный взнос не возвращается.
- Сбор за размещение бронирование не подлежит возврату.
- Нет возврата отмены после начала курса.
- После того, как курс начал там не возвращаются для любого размещения или другой элемент забронированы.
- Нет возврата обучение даны для опоздания, в случае раннего отъезда или отсутствия, по какой причине, от классов во время любого курса.

- Если курс отменен более чем 28 дней до даты начала, будут применяться следующие обвинения:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• If you cancel your course LESS than 28 days before your course commencement date a cancellation fee of 25% of tuition fees will apply.
• No tuition fees will be refunded if you advise cancellation on or after your course commencement date.
• If you cancel your rental accommodation with Global English Centre less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, two weeks fees are to be paid.
• Study days lost due to late commencement on course are not recoverable. There are no refunds for public holiday or absences occurring during your course.
• Should the student cancel their enrolment, Global English Centre shall effect the necessary refund within 4 weeks. The refund will be paid directly to the person who entered into the contract with Global English Centre, unless the person gives written direction to pay another individual. The refund will be paid in the same currency in which the fees were paid unless this is impractical. Application for refunds must be received by Global English Centre in writing, addressed to the Director.
• In the unlikely event that Global English Centre is unable to deliver your course in full, you will be offered a credit of all the course money you have paid to date whereby the reminder of the course maybe completed at a later date. The credit will be applied to you within 2 weeks of the day on which your course ceased being provided. Alternatively, you may be offered enrolment in an alternative course by Global English Centre at no extra cost to you. You have the right to choose whether you would prefer a credit of the course fees, or to accept a place in another course. If you choose placement in another course, we will ask you to sign a document to indicate that you accept the placement. If Global English Centre is unable to provide a credit or place you in an alternative course, the Director will attempt to place you in a suitable alternative course or, if this is not possible, you will be eligible for a refund as calculated by the Director.
• No refund for school courses due to unexpected situations or natural disasters (eg. Fire, cyclone, flooding…etc). The school may decide to close for the safety of the students and staff.
• Unused fees cannot be transferred as credit to another student.
• This agreement does not remove the right to take further action under Malaysia’s consumer protection law.
• The registered provider’s dispute resolution process does not circumscribe the student’s right to pursue other legal remedies

Как забронировать языковой курс / проживание?
 
Booking with us is really easy. You just have to go to the link of the school you are interested in. Where it says COURSE and then START, you select the dates you wish to study there. Afterwards, you select how many weeks you want to study.

You then select the course you wish to attend. You can add optional services, such as accommodation and airport transfer. If you would like to add these additional services, you need to go further down the page where you will find the section relating to ACCOMMODATION. You select the option of the type of accommodation you want (You do not have to select the dates here if they are the same as the course - they are automatically selected).
After the Accommodation, you have another option,  that of TRANSFER. This option allows you to book a transport that will pick you up at the airport and will take you to your residence or host family.

Once you have selected all these options, on your right hand side, you are going to see a summary of your reservation with all the information about the course and the accommodation, together with their prices. Also, the deposit you have to pay will be displayed there. You just have to press the Orange Button that says BOOK NOW and this will take you to another page to enter your personal details. When you are booking you only have to pay the little deposit. After that, we will contact the school and request your booking. When your booking is confirmed by the school or host, they will hold your place until the your booking balance is paid in full. The same applies for the accommodation. You can pay either with credit card, paypal account or bank transfer; as you prefer. This deposit you pay now will be discounted from the total price. The rest of the money will not have to be paid until 15 days before your course starts. In any case, you will be receiving emails about your deposit payments; and also, reminders about the rest of the money when it needs to be paid.

The start dates of intensive and standard language courses are generally flexible. If you have some basic knowledge of the language, you will be able to start any Monday of the year at almost any school. If you are a total beginner, courses usually start once or twice a month.
You should be aware that language schools have more students in July and August than during any other time of year, which means that course fees, housing prices and the overall cost of living are often more expensive during this time. If you would like to book a course in July or August, you should do so very early: schools have limited spots and might be booked well in advance for the high season. Your chances to get your preferred housing type are also greater if you book your course early. Housing options near the school are especially difficult to secure in the summer and tend to fill up quickly.
Language courses during the low season (September to June) are not only less expensive, but also have smaller classes. If you are able to wait to take your courses during this time you will pay less for your courses, and  you may even receive better housing, since demand is much lower.
